Katalog składa się z dwóch części. Pierwsza, główna część zawierająca teksty i ilustracje liczy pięćset siedemdziesiąt sześć stron. Druga, która nosi tytuł Annexe liczy pięćdziesiąt sześć stron i obejmuje katalog prac, alfabetyczny spis autorów, noty biograficzne artystów oraz bibliografię. Ten sam motyw pojawił się na plakatach do wystawy oraz na zaproszeniu Paris – Berlin 1900–1933 (por. MNP Pl 6428, MNP Pl 6910).
